How do I find the right fit?
Since we use high-quality vintage-inspired denim, we recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up as our 100% cotton styles have minimal stretch.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please note that sale items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your package.
How should I care for my REVICE denim?
To preserve the wash and fit, we recommend washing your jeans inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid high heat dryers to prevent shrinkage and maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
